Linda Kay Skimehorne

Linda Kay Skimehorne of Waynesboro was born November 9, 1959 in Dayton, OH the daughter of the late Clyde Roberts and Shirley May White Roberts Brewer. Mrs. Skimehorne died Friday, March 18, 2016 at her home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 56 Years, 4 Months, 9 Days. Linda was owner of Linda's Money Tree in Waynesboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glendon Dale Skimehorne.

She is survived by a son, James Ethan Clyde Skimehorne of Waynesboro, TN, a daughter, Jessie Kay Skimehorne of Shelbyville, TN, a brother, Micheal Roberts, and step-father, William Paul Brewer of Waynesboro.

Services will be Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 1:30 PM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Camryn Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens in Waynesboro with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of arrangements. Pallbearrs are Toby Lineberry, David Skimehorne, Nathan Moore, Kyler Nutt, Ashton Dixon, and Chuck Skelton. Visitation will be Saturday form 6:00-9:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Family requests in lieu of flowers donations be given at People's Bank to assist the family.
