Linda Singleton Simpson

Linda Singleton Simpson was born May 28, 1942 in Simpsonville, SC the daughter of the late Fred Ballard Singleton and Frances Iberia Sanders Singleton.She was united in marriage to J. B. Simpson on June 17, 1967.Mrs. Simpson was a retired School Teacher. She taught for 27 years in the Cumberland County School System in Fayetteville, NC. She was a member of Campground United Methodist Church in Fayetteville.She departed this life on November 6, 2012 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 70 Years, 5 Months, 9 Days.She is survived by her husband J. B. Simpson of Selmer, TN; a daughter, Raquel Simpson of Jackson, TN; a sister, Hazel Singleton Kerns of Piedmont, SC; two brothers, Charles Singleton of Greenville, SC, William Singleton of Greenville, SC. A host of extended family and friends.In addition to her parents, Mrs Simpson was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Garrett.
