LINDA FRANKS BROWN HODGES
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on April 30, 1946 the daughter of the late Jessie and Myrtle Harrison Franks.
On December 28, 1998 she was united in marriage to Jerry Lynn Hodges, who preceded his wife in death on August 29, 2017.
Linda was a homemaker. She loved to paint, study ancestry and spend time with her grandchildren.
Linda departed this life on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 73 years, 10 months and 3 days.
She is survived by her children, Samantha Hicks, James Lewis, Kerry Brown and Dillon Hodges, all of Savannah, Tennessee; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Ruby Johnson of Flint, Michigan, Dorothy Jeanne White and Mary Roe, both of Mobile, Alabama; brother, Roger Franks of Birmingham, Alabama; and two granddogs, Mary May and Tinkerbell.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Betty Regina Brown, one son, Donald Douglas Brown, Jr., one sister, Betty Ruth Franks and one brother, Jesse Carol Franks.
