Linda Faye Cook

Services for Linda Faye Cook, age 52, of Iron City, TN, will be Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 11 am at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Collinwood, TN with Everett Rich officiating. Burial will be in Railroad Cemetery, Iron City, with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing. Her nephews will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be Friday, November 23, 2007 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Saturday, November 24, 2007 from 9 am until service time at the funeral home.



Mrs. Cook died Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at ECM Hospital, Florence, AL of an apparent heart attack.



A native of Lawrence County, TN, she was a homemaker, a member of Christian Faith Church but was presently attending Cypress Oak Grove Freewill Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Hanvey and brother, Kevin Hanvey.



Survivors, husband, Tony Cook, Iron City; stepdaughter, Tanya Graber, Elkhart, IN; granddaughters, Miranda and Madelyn; mother, Barbara Hanback Hanvey; brothers, Gary and Kenny Hanvey, both of Iron City, Dennis Hanvey, Cloverdale, AL; sisters, Brenda Williamson and Sherry Marks, both of Iron City, Donna Dillinger, Jonesboro, AR, Angie Hanvey, Florence, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
