She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary.Ms. Cook departed this life on March 7, 2010 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 65 years, 9 months and 12 days.In addition to her mother, Martha Stanfill, she is survived by 3 daughters, Gayle Cook Davis of Savannah, Tennessee, Patty Warden of Shelbyville, Tennessee and Becky Bullock of Savannah, Tennesseeone son, Anthony L. Cook of Houstonville, KentuckyShe was a special mother to Tabitha Lusk Ms. Cook is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren, 5 sisters, Elizabeth Taylor of Jackson, Tennessee, Janet Robertson of Adamsville, Tennessee and Barbara Taylor, Velma Garrard and Edna Browder, all of Savannah, Tennessee and one brother, Larry Stanfill of Savannah, TennesseeIn addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Oleta McLemore Polk and 2 brothers, Earl and Tommy Joe Stanfill.
