Linda Bryan

Linda Bryan was born on October 2, 1950 in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Charles LeRoy and Arabell Lucetta Enterline Alcorn.

On April 23, 1999, she was united in marriage to Robert (Rob) John Bryan, who survives.

Linda worked in administration at Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. Her and her family in 1979 founded Open Door Baptist Church. Linda was a member of First Baptist Church in Roanoke, Virginia, First Baptist Church in Mountain Home, Arkansas, and Love & Truth Church in Savannah, Tennessee. She was known as the church mother and her family's matriarch.

Linda fed and "fed" countless people young and old. She fed them in their bellies and it was ALWAYS the best tasting food. She "fed" everyone she came in contact with spiritually.

Linda Bryan departed this life on August 17, 2022 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 71 years, 10 months, and 15 days.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Bryan of Adamsville, Tennessee; children, Brian Trotter of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Bridgette Trotter Clark of Vilonia, Arkansas, and Beka Trotter Patterson of Los Angeles, California; stepchildren, Mike Bryan of Scottsdale, Arizona, Patrick Bryan of Brookhaven, Georgia, Jennie Bryan of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Lisa Bryan Read of Eugene, Oregon, and Christie Bryan Norred of Seymour, Tennessee; sisters, Shirley Alcorn Kelly and Donna Alcorn Early; grandchildren, Jesse Scott Trotter, James Douglas Trotter, Chayse Anthony Brown, Zoey Dean Clark, Brandi Whitford, Kennedi Grace Casey Clark, Ty Mckaig Read, Luke Brennan Read, Leighton Emery Bryan, Sutton Anne Bryan, Cassidy Leighann Norred, Isabella Jewell Norred, Madeline James Norred, McKenna Grace Rhinehart, Chappell Morgan Rhinehart, and Keaton Walker Rhinehart; and great grandchildren, Madison Trotter, Zayden Anthony Brown, Ezekial William Brown, Lena Lou Brown, Mclaine Jane Norred, Harmony Therese Trotter, Willow Trotter, and Meirah Wendy Finch.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brothers, Raymond (Bud) Alcorn, Robert (Bob) Alcorn, Ronnie Alcorn, William Alcorn, Clarence Alcorn, Richard Alcorn, and Charles Alcorn, Jr. and sisters, Helen Alcorn Geist, Delores Susie Alcorn Heslop, and Jean Alcorn Reitz.
