Lillie Mae Young

Lillie Mae Young was born December 10, 1931 in Hardin County, Tennessee the daughter of the late John and Ella Mae Stricklin Petty.On September 10, 1949 she was united in marriage to J.D. Young, who survives.Mrs. Young departed this life on August 9, 2008 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 76 Years, 7 Months, 30 Days.In addition to her husband, Mrs. Young is survived by a son, Jerry Young of Savannah, TN; a brother, Johnny Petty of Savannah, TN; three sisters, Edith Baker, Linda Jarrett, and Lorene Crotts all of Savannah, TN; three grandchildren, Jenny Smith, Mandy Young, and Sarah Young; a great-grandchild, Ellis Smith.In addition to her parents, Mrs. Young was preceded in death by two sons, Roy Delane Young and an infant son; two sisters, Susie Spinella and Agnes Petty.
