Liberty Shea Williams Bell of Lobelville, TN was born July 15, 1977 in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was united in marriage to Timothy Scott Bell on October 14, 2006.

Mrs. Bell was a LPN and departed this life on Sunday,September 6, 2020 in Perry County, Tennessee at the age of 43 Years, 1 Month, 22 Days.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy Scott Bell of Lobelville, TN; three daughters, Kabreeann Bauman, husband, James of Fayetteville, TN, Jordan Faith Lamont of Lobelville, TN and Destiny Leandra Lamont of Waynesboro, TN; three grandchildren, Heidi Grace Bennette, Bayler Stone Bauman and Mattox Scott Bauman; her mother and stepfather, Danny and Wanda Pope Clayton, her father, Terry Stephen Williams all of Waynesboro, TN; her brother, Brandon Scott Williams, wife, Katie of Woodbury, TN; her step-brother, Tyler Clayton, her step-sister, Leah Cherie Nelson, husband, Chris, nephew, Lawsen and maternal grandparents, A. B. and Mattie Pope all of Waynesboro, TN.

Services will be Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Camryn Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in the Buchanan Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 8, 2020 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Wednesday, September 9, 2020 from 9 am to service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Troy Litle, Matthew Langford, Tyler Clayton, Bailey Bell, Brian Bell and Austin Olive.
