Lester Junior Jackson

Services will be held on Monday, October 11, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home, in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Bobby Pinckley and Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery , Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.



Visitation will be on Sunday, Oct. 10, 4:00-9:00 pm and on Monday, Oct. 11, 8:00 am until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, TN



Mr. Jackson departed this life on Friday, October 8, 2010 at his residence in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 74 Years, 28 Days. He was born September 10, 1936 in Wayne County, Tennessee the son of the late Lester Oliver and Gertie Mae Staggs Jackson. In addition to his parents, Mr. Jackson was preceded in death by ; brothers, Chester Jackson and Vivian Jackson; sisters, Ester Brewer, Betty Blair, Nona Brewer and Peggy McWilliams



He was united in marriage to Bettyi Maye Odle on May 18, 1963.



Mr. Jackson was self employed as a barber.



He is survived by his wife Bettyi Maye (Odle) Jackson of Waynesboro, TN;



son, Steven Landon Jackson of Waynesboro, TN; daughters, Melissa Kay (Jackson) Shull of Waynesboro, TN, Sonya Lynette Jackson of Waynesboro, TN, Maye Kathleen (Jackson) Culp of Franklin, TN;



grandchildren; Emily & Logan Shull; Raymond, Rebecca, Reuben and Riley Jackson, Summer Jackson, Olivia and Payton Culp



great grandchildren; Carter Jackson; Ian Jackson and Susan Jackson
