Lessie Irene Franks, age 87, of Flatwoods, TN died on Friday, August 11, 2006 at Hardin County Hospital in Savannah, TN. She was born in Wayne County December 30, 1918 to the late Jimmie Holt and Minnie Turnbo Holt.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Franks and infant children, Clara Bell, Norma Ruth, and Marla Kaye. She was a member of Chappell Memorial United Methodist Church in Flatwoods, TN and was retired from Trace Manufacturing in Waynesboro.
She is survived by sons, E.J. Franks of Newark, Ohio; Willard Gene Franks and William Earl Franks both of Flatwoods, TN; daughters, Shirley Kelley of Finger, TN and Dexter Faye Webster of Flatwoods, TN
18 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren, and a sister, Lettie Morris of Waynesboro, TN
