Leonard Earl Mainers

Leonard Earl Mainers, age 65 of Henderson, passed from this life Wednesday, December 21, 2011.



He was born February 22, 1946 in Chester county to the late Albert and Dimple Campbell Mainers. He married Brienda Israel, who survives, May 23, 1966. He worked as the owner of Chickasaw Sod Farm as well as several convenience stores. Mr. Mainers was a member of Pleasant Springs Methodist Church in Henderson and also attended the Abundant Life Church in Bolivar. He was a 32° Mason for the #608 Masons of Bolivar where he also served as Chaplain, a member of the Scottish Rite and an active member of "World Ventures". He lived most of his life in Chester County.



In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Richard Earl Mainers and wife Angie of Savannah, TN, and Ben "Rockstar" Mainers of Adamsville, TN; a brother, Art Mainers and wife Lois of Horn Lake, MS; one grandchild, Agion Lee Mainers; three step-grandchildren, Michael Gean, Anthony Gean and Timothy Hill; one great-grandchild, Elijah James Gean; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Beulah Hannis, Ruby Mayfield, and Annette Fish; and three brothers, Thomas Lee Mainers, Clarence Mainers and John Mainers.
