Lena Ann Benson

Lena Ann Bensonwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on December 27, 1943 the daughter of the late John Ellis and Rosie Worley Carroll.Ms. Benson had worked for Pickwick Plastics and Brown Shoe Company before retiring. She enjoyed fishing, sewing, crossword puzzles, walking, and taking care of her pets.Ms. Benson departed this life on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at the age of 64 years, 6 months, 12 days.Ms. Benson is survived by a daughter: Mistie Presley and her husband Michael of Savannah, Tennessee; three sisters: Mary Ferrell of Savannah, Tennessee, Faye White of Granite City, Illinois, and Bertha McCasland of Portageville, Missouri; three grandchildren: Rose Presley, Dalan Presley, and Gatlan Presley.In addition to her parents, Ms. Benson was preceded in death by her husband: Albert Junior Benson; three brothers: Fred Carroll, Wesley Lee Carroll, and John E. Carroll; four sisters: Irene Bonee, Ethel Bonee, Flora Mae Gray, and Ada Davis.
