Services for Lela Louise Shelton Turman, 94, Waynesboro, TN will be Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at 1 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro, TN with Burl Graham and Ray Hollis, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Waynesboro, with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.



A native of Sikeston, MO, Mrs. Turman was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church and the Republican Women's Club. She was a daughter of the late William S. and Nellie Raines Shelton, the wife of the late Jasper Fay Turman, Sr., the mother of the late Joyce Sue Black, and the grandmother of the late Sue Ellen Pavatte.
