Ledford T. J. Bryant

T J \"Shrimp\" Bryant Jr. was born April 3, 1922 in Michie, Tennessee the son of the late Thomas Jefferson and Cora Howard Bryant.He was united in marriage to Mary Lou Bryant on December 20, 1945.Mr. Bryant was a retired farmer, carpenter, and was employed by the City of Michie for 12 years. He enjoyed playing dominoes with his friends and was a member of the Michie Domino Club. Mr. Bryant departed this life on November 19, 2006 in Michie, Tennessee at the age of 84 Years, 7 Months, 16 Days. He is survived by his wife of almost 61 years, Mary Lou Bryant of Michie, Tennessee; a daughter, Sharon Bryant of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; a son, Rickey Bryant and wife Linda of Michie, Tennessee; five grandchildren: Amy Southern of Michie, Tennessee, Michael Bryant of Selmer, Tennessee, Emily Kessler, Sarah Kessler and Jachob Farrar, all of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; nine great-grandchildren: Regan Southern, Brooke Southern, Carly Bryant, Colby Bryant, Chloe Bryant, Ozric Kessler-Maese, Ava Maese, Isabel Smith and Henry Farrar. In addition to his parents, Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by two brothers, Woodrow Bryant and Oliver Bryant, and six sisters: Mary Bryant, Jessie Bryant, Edna Calvery, Mable Stutts, Buela Milligan and Francis Cunningham.
