Lawrence Tidwell Smith

Lawrence Tidwell Smith was born November 11, 1915 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Aurther and Deecie Nethery Smith. He was united in marriage to Malinda Elizabeth McDonald. Mr. Smith was a retired Farmer and Carpenter, and was a member of the Gravel Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Smith departed this life on February 19, 2007 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 91 Years, 3 Months, 8 Days. He is survived by his wife, Malinda Elizabeth McDonald Smith of Guys, Tennessee; a daughter, Marilyn Meeks of Ramer, Tennessee; 6 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. In addition to his parents, Mr. Smith was also preceded in death by a daughter, Martha Sue Coln.
