Laverne Wren

Lottie Laverne Bass Wren was born March 21, 1929 in Guys, Tennessee the daughter of the late Charlie David and Ocie Bell Rinehart Bass.She was united in marriage to J. L. Wren.Mrs. Wren was a homemaker and a member of the Chewalla Baptist Church.Mrs. Wren departed this life on November 9, 2006 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 77 Years, 7 Months, 19 Days. She is survived by a son, Larry Wren and wife Shirley of Guys, TN; two sisters, Lousie McCarter of Shelbyville, TN and Jean Calvery of Wilmington, NC; two sister-in-laws, Geneva Gilbert of Chewella, TN and Johnnie Wren of Corinth, MS; brother-in-law, James Mayhall of Baton Rouge, LA; grandkids, Steve Wren and friend Crista of Guys, TN; Tammy Spencer and husband Johnathan of Corinth; Cedric McCormack of Corinth, MS; great-grandkids, Addie Grace Spencer of Corinth, MS and Will McCormack of Corinth, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.L.Wren and a sister, Juanita Mayhall
