Larry Gene Parson

Larry Gene Parson was born December 1, 1943 in Hardin County, Tennessee in the Flatwoods community, the son of the late H. L. and Lola McGee Parson.He was united in marriage to Anna Joyce Franks who survives.Mr. Parson was a logger with Parson Logging in Michie, Tennessee. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and the Tennessee National Guard.Mr. Parson departed this life on October 21, 2010 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 66 Years, 10 Months, 20 Days. He is survived by his wife Anna Joyce (Franks) Parson of Michie, TN; a daughter, Emily Parson of Counce, TN; two sons, Larry Wayne Parson and wife Linda of Michie, TN, and Grant Parson and wife Tina of Guys, TN; a sister, Brenda Counce of Michie, TN; three brothers, Douglas Parson, Lanny Parson, and Neil Parson all of Michie, TN; six grandchildren, Lacy Parson, Logan Parson, Laura Lee Parson, Mackenzie Parson, Marli Parson, and James Matlock.In addition to his parents, Mr. Parson was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Marolt and a brother, Charles Don Parson.
