Larry Joe Campbell, 65, of Bolivar, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
He was born Tuesday, August 14, 1956, in Whiteville, son of the late James L. Campbell and Frances McAuley Campbell and had lived in Bolivar since 2005. He worked as a truck driver and a river boat captain, and was a 1974 graduate of Bolivar Central High School. He served in the US Navy from 1975-79 and was a communicant at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Survivors include a brother, Jimmy Campbell (Terry) of Somerville and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Baker in 2008, and a sister, Patricia Rippee.
