He is survived by his wife Rebecca Riddle Jones of more than sixty years; a son Randall Jones and his wife Davida of Smyrna, TN and a daughter Cecelia Williams and husband Bart of Albany, GA; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He owned and opeated the Hicksville Hardware Store in Jackson for over 37 years and was a avid golfer.
