Kenneth Richerson

Kenneth (Ken) Richerson was born December 8, 1933 in Henning , Tennessee the son of the late Jacob Stanton and Eva Mae Crawford Richerson.Mr. Richerson departed this life on January 25, 2009 in Humboldt, Tennessee at the age of 75 Years, 1 Month, 17 Days.He moved to Memphis at an early age and was educated in the Shelby County School System. He was employed by Wilson, John Morell and Plumrose Meat Packing Company until his retirement in 1999. Mr. Richerson also served 2 years in the U.S. Army after the Korean War. He was united in marriage to Virginia Douglas on November 14, 1959. They made their home in Shelby Co. and later Iuka MS for 16 years moving to Enville, TN in 1999. Mr. Richerson was a Mason 32nd Degree and a member of the Shriners.He is survived by his wife Virginia (Douglas) Richerson of Enville, TN; two daughters, Regina Page of Enville, TN, Reba Fitts of Enville, TN; a brother, W.V. Richerson of Memphis, TN; a sister, Doris Theobald of Kansas City , KA; two grandchildren, Rhonda Dunlap of Enville, Tn, Randi Adams of Oxford , AL; and four great granchildren, Taylor Lambert, Chase Adams, Chance Adams, and Chadd Adams.
