Katie Wardlow

KATIE WARDLOWwas born in Itawamba County, Mississippi on July 23, 1929.She was united in marriage to Jake Porter, Harold Hubbard and Cleston Wardlow, all who preceded her in death.Mrs Wardlow was a machinist for Ripley Industries. She was a member of Mt. Taborn Presbyterian Church in Savannah. Mrs. Wardlow enjoyed sewing, painting, flowers, rock collecting and dish collecting.She departed this life on October 21, 2007 at the Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 78 years, 2 months and 28 days.Mrs. Wardlow is survived by 5 children, James Cherry Porter, Patty Ingle and Stevie Hubbard, all of Savannah, Tennessee and Tina Jenkins and Wendell Wardlow, both of Counce, Tennessee.9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren5 sisters, Johnnie Austin, Mary Baker, Joyce Franks and Linda Higgins, all of Savannah, Tennessee and Martha Helen Inman of Nashville, Tennessee.one brother, Moses Mitchell of Savannah, TennesseeMrs. Wardlow was also preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Ruby Mitchell, 2 sons, Stanley and Stacy Hubbard and 2 grandchildren, Tim Porter and Jamie Moffett.
