Was born in McNairy County, Tennessee on February 18, 1917 the daughter of the late Hollis and Gertie Lucas Comer.
She was united in marriage to Clyde Brewer, who preceded his wife in death on August 1, 1982.
Mrs. Brewer worked for Harwood Shirt Factory and she was a member of Crump First Baptist Church.
She departed this life on March 19, 2006 at the Tri-County Convalescent Home in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 89 years, 1 month and 1 day.
Mrs. Brewer is survived by 3 daughters, Barbara Singleton and her husband, Hughie of Lone Star, Texas, Judy Thomas and her husband Sam of Splendora, Texas and Becky English and her husband Sammy of Adamsville, Tennessee.
One daughter-in-law, Mary Lee Brewer of Adamsville, Tennessee.
11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren
One brother, Ellsworth Comer of Conesville, Ohio
Mrs. Brewer was also preceded in death by 2 sons, Jimmy Brewer and Jerry Brewer and his wife Glenda, 2 grandsons, Edward Lee Singleton and Terrel Leon Brewer, one sister, Rosa Nell Smelson and 3 brothers, Sidney, Howard and Jessie Comer.
