Kathy Williams Blankenship was born on February 14, 1954 in Kennett, Missouri, the daughter of the late John H. and Edna J. Furlow Williams.
On September 1, 1972, she was united in marriage to Phillip Blankenship, who survives.
Kathy worked as a truck driver with her husband for Aqua Glass and traveled all across the country on 18 wheels while sitting beside her best friend. She was a member of Sinners Hope Church in Sardis, Tennessee. Kathy was a PacMan Master. She loved to color and enjoyed sitting in her rocker while she listened to the birds singing. Kathy also enjoyed taking care of her flowers. She had a contagious smile. She was an avid shopper who could give you a "map" of many Walmarts across the country.
Kathy Williams Blankenship departed this life on Thursday, April 7, 2022 in Michie, Tennessee at the age of 68 years, 1 month, and 24 days.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip Blankenship of Michie, Tennessee; daughter, Kristy Fair and her husband Brian of Michie, Tennessee; sister, Teresa Beaver of Kennett, Missouri; grandchildren, LauraAnn Hammock and her husband Tyler, Destiny Acred, Ashley Hite and her husband Alex, Zach Shiver, Lauren Fair, Kayla Fair, and Kody Fair; great grandchildren, Madelyn Rae Hammock, Michael "Ace" Jones, and Addilynn Marie Fair.
In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her siblings, Kenneth Williams, Dewayne Williams, and Linda Williams Fraysher.
