KATHRYN RUPPwas born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on September 29, 1916 the daughter of the late John Albacker and Helen Burns Gleason.Mrs. Rupp was a clerk for Westinghouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for 5 years, she also had worked for Adam-Meldram-Andersons Department Store in Buffalo, New York for 5 years and Cavages Book Store in Buffalo, New York for 6 years. Mrs. Rupp lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for 32 years, Cheektowaga, New York for 20 years, Wilson, New York for 40 years and Savannah, Tennessee for 4 months. She enjoyed dancing and she was very independent and took care of everybody around home. Mrs. Rupp was a member of Our Lady Help of Christian Catholic Church, Committee woman for Democratic Party, she was also active in P.T.A. and was a foster parent for Catholic Charities.Mrs. Rupp departed this life on December 1, 2010 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 94 years, 2 months and 2 days.She is survived by one daughter, Kathryn Ann Rupp of Depew, New York and one son, Barry Rupp of Waterloo, Alabama.In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by a special dancing partner, Casey Vonvleit.
