KATHERINE LOWE
was born in Olive Hill, Tennessee on October 26, 1930 the daughter of the late Russell and Lennie Mae Wade Franks.
On July 25, 1952 she was united in marriage to Ulys Lowe, who preceded his wife in death on December 28, 1998.
Mrs. Lowe was a homemaker. She was a member of Olive Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Lowe departed this life on November 1, 2010 at the Hardin Medical Center Health and Rehabilitation Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 80 years and 6 days.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Helen May of San Marcos, Texas and Jane McLin of Olive Hill, Tennessee and 2 sons, Tim Lowe and Darrell Lowe, both of Olive Hill, Tennessee
7 grandchildren, Brian McLin, Patrick McLin, Scarlett Jones, Brandon McLin, Kacee May, Dakota Lowe and Zack Lowe
7 great grandchildren, Libby May, Matthew McLin, Jacob McLin, Micah McLin, Paul McLin, Lilly Jones and Michael Jones
6 brothers, Odell, Bennie, Joe and Walton Franks, all of Savannah, Tennessee, Archie Franks of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee and Jamie Franks of Bristow, Virginia
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by one son, Paul Lowe, one sister, Betty Pickens and one brother, Larry Franks.
