Karen Suzanne Wilson, 56, of Toone, died Friday, August 19, 2005 at Methodist Hospital in Germantown.
The wife of Jerry A. Wilson, who survives, she was an LPN at Western Mental Health Institute for 9 years and also worked at Harman and Kilgore. Mrs. Wilson was born September 24, 1948 in Madison County, daughter of the late Fate and Elizabeth Day Smith and had lived here since 1958. She was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
Services were 4 PM Sunday, August 21, 2005 at Shackelford Funeral Directors Bolivar chapel with Dr. Ernest E. James officiating. Burial was in Cearley Cemetery near Toone.
In addition to her husband, whom she married February 10, 1970, survivors include two sons, Joseph Duane Smith and Jerry Lynn Wilson, both of Toone; one brother, Bub Smtih of Bolivar; two half-brothers, Elbridge Smith of Pigeon Forge and Quinton Smith of Sweetwater and two grandchildren, Cody Nicholas Smith and Ashley Morgan Smith.
