Judy Carol Brigman, a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend, was born on January 1, 1964, in Memphis, Tennessee. She was the cherished daughter of the late Virgil Carl and Lemmie O. Brown King.

On October 31, 1978, Judy united in marriage with Bobby Ray Brigman, who preceded her in death on August 15, 2012. 

Judy was a hard worker whose dedication shone through in her roles as a supervisor at TKC, a manager at the North Y, and for three wonderful years at Queen B's Restaurant. Her kindness and commitment to those around her were evident in everything she did.

A loving mother and grandmother, Judy found genuine joy in spending time with her family. She delighted in making memories at parks and nurturing her beautiful flower garden. Not to mention, her kitchen was often filled with wonderful dishes especially her famous chocolate oatmeal cookies and banana pudding, treats that will forever be cherished by her family.

Judy attended New Beginnings Church, where her warm spirit touched many lives.

On March 28, 2025, Judy peacefully departed this life in Jackson, Tennessee, at the age of 61. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and countless cherished memories. Judy is survived by her daughter, Tina Marie Crum and husband Tommy of Hornsby, TN; son, Michael Ray Brigman and fiancé Claudia Michael of Bethel Springs and Savannah, TN; five grandchildren: Nicholas Tyler Crum and companion Paige Butler, Annamarie Carol Crum, Jonathan Dwight Crum, Atticus Crow Michael-Brigman, and Andrew Carter Evans; great granddaughter, Athena Kate Crum;   special companion, Joseph Millmeyer of Bethel Springs, TN; sister, Linda Sue Miller of Bethel Springs, TN; brother, Junior E. King of Selmer, TN; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly.

In addition to her husband and parents, Judy was preceded in death by three sisters: Betty King, Lola Faye King, and Nancy Marie Jackson; and four brothers: James Carl, Thomas, Ricky, and Larry Gene King.

Judy Carol Brigman's spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
