Judith Avent, 63, of Toone, died Monday, June 5, 2006 at Bolivar General Hospital.
She was a custodian at Premier Manufacturing Corporation. Ms. Avent was born April 13, 1943 in Lee County, Ark., the daughter of Jessie Mardeen Ubelhor of Jackson and the late Luke Ubelhor. She lived here all of her life and was a member of Abundant Life Christian Fellowship.
Services were 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2006 at Shackelford Funeral Directors Bolivar chapel with Tim Jones and Duane Moore officiating. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery near Toone.
In addition to her mother, she leaves one son, Jerry Wayne Avent and his wife, Rhonda, of Toone; two sisters, Pat Higgins of Memphis and Linda Johnson of Jackson; two brothers, Luke and Wayne Ubelhor and one grandchild, Jordan Wayne Avent, all of Toone.
