Joyce Ann Pulley Staggs

Mrs. Joyce Ann Pulley Staggs departed this life on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at her residence in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 73 Years, 3 Months, 17 Days. She was born March 23, 1946 in Waynesboro, TN, the daughter of the late Earl Clifford and Nadine Gordon Pulley.

She was united in marriage to Roy R. Staggs on August 15, 1964. Mr. Staggs preceded her in death on January 20,2015 .

Mrs. Staggs was a retired cook from the Waynesboro Middle School and a member of Ray's Chapel Baptist Church.

She is survived by daughter, Shelia Kilpatrick and son, Ricky Staggs, both of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren, Chris Kilpatrick, Matthew Kilpatrick, Hunter Staggs and Camden Staggs, grt-grandchild, Anniston Staggs, brother, Herbert Pulley of Waynesboro, TN;and sister, Mary Lou Bryant of Murfreesboro, TN.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Staggs was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Pulley.

Services will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Laverne Griggs officiating. Burial will follow in Warren Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 12, 6:00-9:00 pm and on Saturday, July 13, 8:00 am until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro
