Josephine Dodd Dickey

Josephine Dodd Dickey of Lutts, TN was born September 30, 1951 in Savannah, TN, the daughter of the late Ellis Ross and Wylomae Cummins Dodd. Ms Dickey was an assembly line work at Murray Ohio Manufacturing in Lawrenceburg, TN for 14 years and was a member of the Mt. Hope Church of Christ in Lutts, TN.

Ms Dickey departed this life on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at her home at the age of 70 Years, 9 Months and 9 Days.

She is survived by a brother, Ellis Ray Dodd of Lutts, TN; nieces, Jana Balentine and Amanda Gresham; nephew, Eric Armstrong; great-niece, Delaney Balentine and great-nephew, Hunter Armstrong.

In addition to her parents, Ms Dickey was preceded in death by sisters, Dorothy Gresham and Nadine Armstrong.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at the Susan Moore Cemetery, Lutts, Tennessee with Mike Andrews officiating. Burial will follow with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family. Pallbearers will be Eric Armstrong, Hunter Armstrong, Floyd Risner, David Brewer, Mason Powell and Jason Bevis

Visitation will be from 9 am to 10:30 am on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Collinwood, TN.
