Johnny Wayne Hubanks

Johnny Wayne Hubanks was born November 7, 1956 in Henderson, TN the son of Annie Grace Hardin and the late Preston Lee Hubanks.

He was united in marriage to Patricia Elaine Hubanks in 1978. She preceded him on October 15, 1997.

Mr. Hubanks was a truck driver for the City of Selmer sanitation department.

Mr. Hubanks departed this life on January 29, 2016 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 59 Years, 2 Months, 22 Days. He is survived by two daughters, Mandy Nicole Hubanks and Samantha Evonne Hubanks both of Selmer, TN; mother, Annie Grace Hardin Hubanks of Bethel Springs, TN; two brothers, Roger Lee Hubanks of Bethel Springs, TN, Ronnie Lynn Hubanks of Adamsville, TN; two sisters, Deloris Smith and husband Larry of Adamsville, TN, Lillie Ann Lemire of Jackson, TN; five grandchildren, Trevor Hubanks, Kobe Walls, Elaine Brianna Sanders, Aniya Nichole Hubanks, Darrian Walls.

In addition to his wife and father, Mr. Hubanks was preceded in death by
a grandchild, Trisha Elaine Clark on February 22, 2011.
