Johnie Ruth Franks

Johnie Ruth Frankswas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on August 20, 1930 the daughter of the late William McKinley and Ella Elizabeth Davis Oakley.On November 20, 1954 she was united in marriage to Wallace Franks, who preceded her in death on January 4, 1977.Mrs. Franks was a Bookkeeper for TVEC for 40 years. She loved to cook and travel.Mrs. Franks departed this life on Friday, November 5, 2010 at the age of 80 years, 2 months, 16 days.Mrs. Franks is survived by a sister, Mary Davison of Savannah, Tennessee and a nephew, Mike Davison also of Savannah, Tennessee.
