JOHN O. WYLIE
was born in Sardis, Tennessee on December 7, 1931 the son of the late Frank Ollie and Flossie Eula Holland Wylie.
John retired after 28 years serving proudly as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy. He was a member of Saltillo Methodist Church. John was very active in the community, participated in tractor pulls and loved refurbishing old farm tractors.
He departed this life on Thursday, February 6, 2020 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 88 years, 1 month and 30 days.
John is survived by his three children, John David Wylie of San Diego, California, Jill Louise King of Jackson, Wyoming and Diann Marley of Brenham, Texas and 8 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Willard and Neal Wylie and two sisters, Vera Martin and Kathleen May.
