John Thomas Tillman

Mr. Tillman passed away Friday evening at Bolivar General Hospital.
The husband of Matha Nelms Tillman, who survives, he was a sawmill worker and had worked for 19 years with the Hardeman County Road Department. He was born May 28, 1942 to John James Tillman and Lorena Harbin Tillman, both of whom preceded him in death.
In addition to his wife, whom he married on March 19, 2966, survivors include four sisters, Elizabeth Rogers of Humboldt, Katherine Borders of Toone, Mary Sisco of Humboldt and Carol Rixie of Bolivar; and a brother, Grady Tillman of Bolivar. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Tillman.
