Mr. John Thomas "Tom" Perry, 71, of Whiteville died March 24, 2008 at Methodist Fayette Hospital, Somerville after a brief illness.
Mr. Perry was born July 19, 1936 in the Fayette Corner community. He is survived by a brother Richard" Jerry" Perry and wife Bettye, his sister-in-law, Sharon Perry, a niece and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Tom Perry and Marie Campbell Perry and a brother James R. "Bud" Perry.
A graduate of Whiteville High School, Mr. Perry was retired from the TN Dept. of Transportation, Fayette County. He was a member of Whiteville First United Methodist Church.
