John Paul Jones

John Paul Jones was born August 30, 1956 in Corinth, MS the son of the late Marvin and Mary Ruth Whitaker Jones.

He was united in marriage to Martha Steward on May 1, 1998.

Mr. Jones was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He worked for 38 years at PCA in Counce as a millwright. He was a hardworker and an avid golfer. He was a member of the Olive Hill Baptist Church in Guys, Tennessee.

Mr. Jones departed this life on April 9, 2018 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 61 Years, 7 Months, 10 Days. He is survived by his wife Martha Jones of Ramer, TN; daughter, Brandi (Jones) Mrozinski and husband David of Murfreesboro, TN; son, Paul Lee Jones and wife Jennifer of Ft. Campbell, KY;
stepdaughter, Jennifer Wilson and husband William of Guys, TN; three stepsons, Jason Whitaker of McKinney, TX, Joey Bowen and wife Misty of McEwen, TN, Jimmy Bowen and wife Michelle of Guys, TN; 15 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild; an aunt, Mary Alice Moore of Selmer, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.
