John D. Mullins

John D. Mullins was born September 22, 1937 in Pocahontas, Tennessee the son of the late Phillip and Erbie Smith Mullins.He was united in marriage to Gloria LaFranco on July 6, 1989. Mr. Mullins was a retired foreman from General Motors in Willow Springs, Illinois. He served honorably in the United States Air Force. He was a member of the Lions Club and the Moose Lodge.Mr. Mullins departed this life on May 19, 2009 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 71 Years, 7 Months, 27 Days. He is survived by his wife Gloria Mullins of Selmer, TN; a son, Greogry Mullins and wife Ann of Bolder Creek, CA; daughter, Angela Albert and husband Kevin of La Crosse, WI, two step daughters, Eleanor Lopez and husband Charles of Selmer, TN, Laura Zessin and husband Mark of North Aurora, IL; a sister, Margaret Ann Henry and husband Wayne of Guys, TN; a brother, Billy Gene Mullins and wife Shirley of Selmer, TN; 8 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren.
