Other than his parents, Mamie McClain of Savannah, Tennessee and Steven Joseph Frasher, Sr. of Joliet, Illinois, he is survived by his twin sister, Mamie Morrison of Henderson, Tennessee, sister, Margaret White of Savannah, Tennessee and his brother, Steven Frasher, Jr. of Savannah, Tennessee.
Mr. Frasher is also survived by his grandmother, Mamie (Cotton) Qualls of Savannah, Tennessee.
