John B. Curtis

John B. Curtis was born March 24, 1931 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Patrick Forest and Jewell Morgan Curtis.He was united in marriage to Betty Hopkins on May 7, 1949.Mr. Curtis was a retired assembly line worker for General Motors . He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Plant City, Florida. Mr. Curtis departed this life on April 20, 2009 at his home in Plant City, Florida at the age of 78 Years, 27 Days. He is survived by his wife of almost sixty years, Betty Hopkins Curtis of Plant City, FL; a daughter, Susan Terrell and husband William of Jackson, MI; a son, David Curtis of Canton, MI; a sister, Jean Richard of Selmer, TN; five grandchildren, Jason Curtis, Jonathan Curtis, David Curtis, Charles Terrell, Stacy Kilburn and husband Leroy; three great grandchildren, Brenden Kilburn, Michael Kilburn, Shleby Terrell and beloved little dog, Missy.
