Funeral services for John C. Brewer age 84,of Waynesboro, TN will be on Monday, February 27, 2006, 3:00 pm Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro with Tim Owen and Mike Hammonds officiating. Interment following in Highland Cemetery, Lawrenceburg, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be on Sunday, February 26, 2006 5:30—9:00 pm and on Monday February 27 from 8:00 am until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro
John C. Brewer a native of Wayne County TN died on Saturday February 25, 2006 at his residence in Waynesboro. Mr. Brewer was born on July 5, 1921 to the late Tom Cebe and Ada Jane Gobbell Brewer. He was preceded in death by his wife; Nona M. Jackson Brewer, son; Troy Brewer; brothers; ; Lewis Brewer and Tom Brewer, Jr. sisters; Opal Davis; Geneva Brewer, Alton FayeBrewer and Clovie Staggs
Mr. John was a retired factory worker from Genesco; farmer member of Mt. Hope Methodist Church. He served his country during World War II in the United States Army and member of the disabled American-Veterans Association.
