He is survived by his wife, Frances Adkins of Henderson; children, Tina Adkins of Pompeno Beech, FL, Johnny Adkins of Henderson, Cindy Napoli and husband John of Henderson and Shannon Adkins and wife Lisa of fort Myers, FL. six grandchildren, Rachel and Brian Napoli, Haley, Ashley, Brooke and Kendall Adkins; and two sisters,

Mary Elizabeth Bartram of Huntingdon, WV and Cynthia Gilkerson (John) of Branchland, WV.
