Joel R. Smallwood

Joel Smallwood was born September 15, 1943 in McNairy County, Tennessee, the son of the late Brodie Rosevelt and Minnie Inman Smallwood.He was employed as a farmer and gin worker.Mr. Smallwood departed this life on September 6, 2007 in West Memphis, Arkansas at the age of 63 Years, 11 Months, 22 Days.He is survived by a sister, Mary Wilson of Frazier, TN; four brothers, Bill Smallwood of Lepanto, AR, Wayne Smallwood of Marked Tree, AR, Raymond Smallwood of Rockford, IL and Harold Smallwood of Lepanto, AR; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Smallwood is preceded in death by a sister, Marie Brown and a brother, Louis Smallwood.
