Graveside services and burial for Mrs. Joe Ann Smith, age 66, of Collinwood, TN will be Thursday, November 1, 2007 at 4 pm at McGlamery Cemetery, Collinwood, with David Smith officiating, members of the Collinwood Masonic Lodge #702 and Collinwood Eastern Star #422 serving as pallbearers, and Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing. She died Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN.
A native of Wayne County, TN, Mrs. Smith was a factory worker and of the Freewill Baptist faith. She was a daughter of the late Dean Martin Walters and the mother of the late Otha K. Smith, III.
Survivors. husband, Otha K. (Tootsie) Smith, Jr., Collinwood; son, Bryan (Ann) Smith; granddaughters, Ashley and Amanda Smith, all of Parsons, TN; brothers, Charles (Misako) Walters; special niece, Malinda Walters, all of CA, Billy Walters, Knoxville, TN, Martin Walters, Collinwood; special sister-in-law, Betty Jane Smith, Collinwood.
