Joe Billy Fulwood

Joe Billy Fulwood was born May 17, 1928 in Lebanon, Tennessee the son of the late Max and Alice Hewitt Fulwood.He was united in marriage to Arminta Lousie Teague on Friday, April 23, 1948. Mr. Fulwood was an Civil Engineer and he worked as a superintendent over road construction within the state of Tennessee. And also Baptist in belief.He departed this life on May 28, 2006 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 11 Days.Mr. Fulwood is survived by his wife, Louise Fulwood, two sons, Steve Fulwood of Mooresville, North Carolina and Richard Fulwood of Ramer, Tennessee, two sisters, Valda Kay Dewberry of Olive Branch, Mississippi and Almedia Rudy of Savannah, Tennessee, and one brother, Randel Fulwood of Byhalia, Mississippi.He is preceded in death by his parents, Max and Alice Hewitt Fulwood.
