Joe Charles Breedlove was born December 9, 1958 in Hardin County, TN. The son of the late Charles Breedlove and Wanna Adams Asher of Savannah, TN.
He was united in marriage to Phyllis Grisham Breedlove on December 23, 1977.
He worked as a tire shop man for the co-ops for 30 plus years and American Food Service for 8 plus years.
He departed this life on July 6, 2022 in Hardin County.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; children: Randy Joe Breedlove and wife Wendy of Morris Chapel, TN, Ginger Kay Mancell and husband Jeremy of Savannah, TN, Jason Neal Breedlove and wife Rose of Morris Chapel, TN; four grandchildren and two step grandchildren: William Tyler Breedlove, Destiny Kay Simpson and husband Seth, Trinity Joyce Mancell and fiancé Andy Bonee, Jeremy Dylan Mancell and girlfriend Elly Brashier; great grandson, Gracyn Koe Bonee; two step great grandchildren, Jaxton Presley and Anadia Presley; and his dog Diva.
He is preceded in death by a great grandson, Canaan Edward Breedlove.
