Joanne Hill Hunt

Joanne Hunt was born on June 21, 1959 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late James and Elsie Brown Hill.

On October 5, 1974, she was united in marriage to Gary Hunt, who survives.

Joanne worked in the dietary department at Hardin Medical Center for 25 years. She was a member of South Shiloh Full Gospel Church in Shiloh, Tennessee and praised the Lord everywhere she went. Joanne enjoyed riding with her granddaughters with no destination.

Joanne Hunt departed this life on April 5, 2022 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 62 years, 9 months, and 15 days.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Hunt of Savannah, Tennessee; son, Joey Lynn Hunt and his wife Melissa of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Jessie Franks and his wife Jean of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; sisters, Betty Davison, Ruby Gammill and her husband Jackey, Polly Koch and her husband Buddy, and Martha McCasland and her husband Larry, all of Savannah, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Kelsey Hunt and Kandis Hunt.

In addition to her parents, Joanne was preceded in death by her siblings, Freman Franks, Lester Hill, Ester Holt, Robert Hill, James Hill, O.V. Hill, Annie Faye Hill, Annie Mae Hill, Oliva Hill, and Olivean Hill.
