JO ANN WILLIAMS PICKENS
was born in McNairy County, Tennessee on October 7, 1949 the daughter of the late Loyd and Annie Maybelle Hastings Williams.
In September of 1976 she was united in marriage to Larry Pickens, who survives.
Mrs. Pickens was a seamstress for Garan Manufacturing for 20 years. She was a member of Christian Assembly United Pentecostal Church. Mrs. Pickens enjoyed sewing, going to church and reading her Bible.
She departed this life on July 9, 2010 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 60 years, 9 months and 2 days.
In addition to her husband, Larry of Savannah, Tennessee, she is survived by 2 step daughters, Vicki Hunt of Savannah, Tennessee and Pamela Carroll of Selmer, Tennessee and one step son, Larry (Troy) Pickens of Michie, Tennessee
4 sisters, Sara Nunn of Guys, Tennessee, Betty Hunt of Savannah, Tennessee, Brenda Crumby of Adamsville, Tennessee and Sandra McLin of Crump, Tennessee
3 brothers, Loyd Williams of Savannah, Tennessee, Harold Williams of Stantonville, Tennessee and Bill Williams of Savannah, Tennessee
Mrs. Pickens was also preceded in death by one son, Anthony Wayne Williams and 4 brothers, Bobby Clifford, James Larry, Carly Gene and Roy Dell Williams
