Jo Ann Hamm Younger

Jo Ann Barnes Hamm Younger was born May 23, 1940 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Henry and Myrtle Horton Barnes. She was united in marriage to Teddie Joe Hamm, who preceded her in death on May 1, 1976. She married N. A. (Poe) Younger on December 27, 1978.Mrs. Younger was a homemaker and was Baptist in belief.Mrs. Younger departed this life on May 7, 2006 in Ramer, Tennessee at the age of 65 Years, 11 Months, 14 Days. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, N. A. (Poe) Younger of Ramer, Tennessee; three daughters: Cindy Wilbanks and husband Wade of Walnut, Mississippi, Sherry Hamm of Corinth, Mississippi and Carol McGee of Walnut, Mississippi; two sons: Doug Hamm and wife Carolyn of Ramer, Tennessee and Darryl Hamm of Ramer, Tennessee; a sister, Ruby Tanner of Selmer, Tennessee; 16 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.In addition to her parents and first husband, Mrs. Younger was also preceded in death by two sons, Teddie Joe Hamm Jr. and David Hamm, and two brothers, Olen and Kenneth Barnes.
