Jimmy McAlpin

Mr. Jimmy Doyle McAlpin, age 66 of Toone, Tennessee, passed from this life Tuesday night, July 26, 2016 at Bolivar General Hospital.
Mr. McAlpin was born Tuesday, August 2, 1949 to the late Cleatus Marcus McAlpin and Mary Catherine Doyle McAlpin Brown. He worked as a truck driver for Mullin Sawmill, Hooper Sawmill, and Bolivar Sand. He was a member of the New Bethany Church of Christ.
Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Ferge and husband Scotty of Medon; granddaughter, Courtney Ferge; sisters, Mary Sedberry and Peggy Kiggins, both of Chester County; very special friends, Regina & Jerry Sanders, and Randy Naylor; and a host of other family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Clyde McAlpin; and step-father, Curtis Brown.
