was born on January 19, 1962 in Savannah, Tennessee the son of Mary Ann Edwards Stevens and the late Robert Earl Culwell.
On October 19, 1985 he was united in marriage to the former Ruby Joyce Smith, who survives. Mr. Culwell lived in Hardin County all of his life and enjoyed fishing.
He departed this life on July 6, 2006 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 44 years, 5 months and 17 days.
Mr. Culwell is survived by his wife, Ruby Joyce Culwell of Counce, Tennessee;
his mother, Mary Ann Stevens of Adamsville, Tennnessee; 2 sisters: Teresa Hornbuckle of Adamsville and Martha McAfee of Counce; 2 brothers: Tracy Stevens of Adamsville and Tony Little of Moscow, Tennessee; 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dewey Stevens.
